“Garden Design Day” – Every Wednesday

Held every Wednesday, this is a great day to take advantage of a FREE hour consultation with our Landscape Expert and Master Gardener, Lila.

• Bring in photos and measurements of your garden area.

• Get a free one hour consultation with Lila; any additional time is $40.00 per hour; any further additional drawings or visits are subject to cost $25-$100 depending on time invested.

• On garden design days, all plants will be at retail value as you are receiving a complimentary consultation.

Beier’s In-House Consultation and Design

The in-house service allows a designer and client to meet and discuss your goals before beginning a plan. Let us help you create your unique garden space by bringing the following information to your consultation:

• Measurements of your area

• Height/Width of windows if applicable

• Photos, if available

• Direction and duration of light exposure

• Design goal (foundation plantings, an outdoor room or renewing an old garden?)

Allow up to one hour for an initial consultation. The cost of this service is $40.00 per hour. Any additional drawings or visits are subject to cost $25-100 depending on time invested.
After the plan is finished, the designer will call to schedule an appointment and will explain the plan and show the plants included. Final payment is collected at this time, and the plan is released to the client.

Beier’s On-Site Consultation and Design

The on-site consultation and design service is created for those who request a landscape designer to visit them at the site and assess the area. The on-site service is our most comprehensive plan and is ideal for all homes and sites.

• A designer will meet with you at your home, discuss your goals and create a plan that is best suited to your needs.

• A fee of $50.00 per hour plus mileage for distances over 10 miles at $0.35 per mile will be charged for all on-site consultations.

When your design is complete, an appointment will be scheduled to meet with you in order to review the plan and discuss any revisions. A proposal will include a layout sketch, plant list, cost and scheduled completion.

All consultations services are subject to the following guidelines:

• Please allow a week for completion of plan.

• Consultation fees are refundable on all purchases in excess of $500.

• No plans will be released until plants are purchased and paid in full
